Payment Policy

We except Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Gratuity may NOT be added to credit card payments. We also accept personal checks with a valid ID and gratuity may be added to checks. For any returned checks customers must pay a $35.00 bounced check fee in addition to the initial  cost of services. Payment will be due in cash within 7 business days of being notified that their check was bounced. The industry standard for gratuity ranges from 15-22% for stylist and technicians. Assistants also accept gratuity, however it is a gesture of appreciation and there is no standard for which they should receive.

At times, deposits are required for certain services and the deposit amount will be credited towards your service at check out.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a hair service we ask you return within 7 days, your original stylist would be happy to correct what is necessary. If you are unhappy with a spa treatment please speak with management. We also accept product returns on barely used product within 7 days of original purchase, client purchases do not require a reciept.
